本研究旨在了解大學運動代表隊選手的背景特性在運動團體適應的差異性。研究受試者為南部某大學十種運動代表隊選手,男生108位,女生44位,共152位。以「運動團隊適應量表」為研究工具,所得資料以獨立樣本t考驗及變異數分析進行統計考驗。研究結果發現:1.男性運動選手在運動團隊中的情緒適應顯著高於女性運動選手。2.就讀碩博班的運動選手在運動團隊中的教練行為適應顯著高於一年級和二年級的運動選手。3.團體性運動選手在運動團隊的人際關係適應顯著高於個人性運動選手,接觸性運動選手在運動團隊的人際關係適應顯著高於非接觸性運動。4.高運動表現選手在運動團隊中的人際關係適應和教練領導行為適應顯著高於低運動表現選手。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of college athletes' background characteristics on sport team adjustment. One hundred and fifty-two students (male 108, female 44) from ten sport teams at Chung Cheng University were recruited in this study. All the subjects were administered ”The Inventory of Sport Team Adjustment”. The collected data were analyzed by t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results were as following: 1. Male athletes' emotional adjustment was better than those of the female athletes. 2. Postgraduate students coach's leading behavior adjustment was higher than those of freshmen and sophomores. 3. The athletes of the group sport team had higher social interaction adjustment than those of individual sport team athletes. The athletes of touched-sport had better social interaction adjustment than those of detached-sport athletes. 4. The athletes who had higher performance had better social interaction and coach's leading behavior adjustment than those of common athletes.
