本研究旨在探討不同運動項目選手之間其知覺教練領導行為、團隊凝聚力與目標取向表現的差異情形。以中華醫事科技大學田徑隊、籃球隊、棒球隊與排球隊共計69 位大專運動選手為研究對象,以「教練領導行為」、「團隊凝聚力」與「目標取向」三個量表為研究工具,依研究目的進行描述統計及單因子多變量變異數分析等統計法分析。研究結果發現:1.籃球隊選手對教練「民主行為」的知覺顯著高於排球隊選手(P<.05);棒球隊、田徑隊與籃球隊選手對教練「獎勵行為」的知覺顯著高於排球隊選手(P<.05)。2.不同運動項目選手在團隊凝聚力各構面的表現均不具顯著差異。3.田徑選手的「工作取向」顯著高於排球隊選手(P<.05);棒球隊選手的「自我取向」顯著高於排球隊選手(P<.05)。
This study is aimed to investigate the differences of perceived coach's leadership behavior, team cohesion and goal orientation among athletes of different sports. Participants were 69 college athletes from track-and-field, basketball, baseball, and volley ball teams in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology. Three scales were used to collect data: "coach's leadership behavior" "team cohesion" and "goal orientation," which were later analyzed statiscally, such as with descriptive statistics and one-way MANOVA. The research findings are as follows: 1. Basketball players perceived significantly higher toward the coach's "democratic behavior" than volley ball players did (P<.05); Baseball, track-and-field, and basketball athletes perceived significally higher toward coach's "rewarding behavior" than volley ball players did (P<.05). 2. None of the team cohesion aspects showed significant difference among those athletes of different sports. 3. Track-and-field athletes scored significantly higher in "work orientation" than volley ball players did (P<.05), while baseball players showed significantly better "self orientation" than volley ball players did. (P<.05)
