澳門失能老人之主要照顧者的壓力及需求

目的：瞭解目前失能老人之主要照顧者之壓力及需求，並探討失能老人之家庭照顧情形、照顧者的壓力程度及影響的相關因素、照顧者的需求情況。方法：採用非實驗描述性研究，選取承擔65 歲及以上失能老人的主要照顧者派發問卷。結果：(1)175 名受調查照顧者中以女性為主，平均年齡為49.56 歲，失能老人多與子女及配偶同住，大多數照顧者認為自己有責任照顧老人，照顧失能老人日常的主要開支是醫療，大多數照顧者沒有接受相關照顧培訓，有54.9% 照顧者需要用8-12 小時或以上來照顧失能老人；(2) 照顧者的壓力感受程度屬於高，身體社交壓力最大，工作經濟壓力居中，心理壓力最小，影響照顧者壓力的相關因素有：有就業情況、教育程度、經濟狀況、照顧者罹患疾病總數等；(3) 失能老人入院次數、罹患疾病總數、照顧者年齡及照顧者疾病數及日常生活活動獨立指數(ADL) 與照顧者壓力呈相關性；(4) 照顧者的需求程度屬於高，其中醫訊及社會資源需求是照顧者最大的需求。

Objective in order to know about the stress and demand of main caregivers of disabled elders, the following are being investigated: (1) Disabled elders' family caring situation. To survey about the stress and demand of main caregivers of elders' from the caregivers who are taking charge of the elders at 65 years old and above. Result (1) The 175 caregivers were predominantly female, with average age was 49.56 years old .Disabled elderly people were living with their children and spouses, and caregivers that have the responsibility to have the elderly. To take care of the disabled elderly people's primary expenditure is medical. Most caregivers have training. 54.9% caregivers needed to use 8-12 hours or more to take care of disabled elderly. (2) Caregiver's stress level was high with highest physical and social pressure, work and economic pressure medium, psychological stress the less. The factors that affect the caregivers stress included: employment situation, education level, economic condition, caregiver health status and so on. (3) The factors of caregiver stress included: the number of elderly hospitalized, the number of illnesses, caregiver age, the number of illnesses of caregiver and ADL. (4) Caregivers have high level of need and mostly for further more medical information and social resources.
