從智慧醫療的視角探討澳門慢性病的健康管理

摘要

澳門在構建智慧城市中加快了智慧醫療體系的建立。慢性病以高發病率、高致殘率、高死亡率及高疾病負擔嚴重危害人類健康，澳門慢性病帶來的健康管理問題同樣突顯。澳門慢性病的健康管理在智慧醫療構建過程中，可結合適當的管理模式，從一個積極的宏觀政策環境下，致力于通過相應的立法、領導、合作、政策整合、財務支持、人力分配等手段，促進中觀層面上醫療服務組織和社區機構幫助和服務微觀層面的患者及其家人進行慢性病的有效管理。

Macau is accelerating a smart healthcare system under the construction of a smart city. Chronic illnesses seriously threat the health of residents due to high morbidity, high disability, high mortality and high burden to health system. Problems caused by inappropriate health management for patients with chronic illnesses in Macau are also a concern. Healthcare organizations and community institutions at medium-level can assist and serve patients with chronic illnesses and their families at micro-level to perform effective health management by making the most use of the smart healthcare system. The effectiveness of the smart healthcare system only can be achieved through legislation, leadership, cooperation, policy integration, financial support, and human resources distribution as well as appropriate management.
