摘要

由於汽車產業的產品製程涉及上中下游相互密切關係，本文藉由對聚群經濟的經濟架構來分析台灣汽車零組件產業，包含關鍵零組件與非關鍵零組件發展之分析去思索策略定位，並據以提供提升台灣整車廠競爭力的策略。

Seeing the highly interrelationship between the upstream and downstream firms that exists in the automobile-parts industry, this paper uses the proposed framework for a cluster-economy to analyze the Taiwan automobile-parts industry that includes the development of both key and non-key parts, and further to find out the strategical positioning and the competitive strategy that is vital for upgrading Taiwan automobile industry.
