護理人員參與音樂治療訓練之行為意圖研究

摘要

社會結構的轉變，人口老化慢與性疾病盛行的狀態下，國人的需求不同，音樂治療可運用在多項疾病與緩和醫療照顧，因此逐漸受到重視，並護理人員若能瞭解音樂治療及其運用方法，可使被照顧對象的身體功能的限制及活動的能力有幫助。本研究以計畫行為理論為基礎，了解護理人員對於參與音樂治療訓練的行為意圖因素。本研究採用自填問卷調查法收集資料，以屏東地區醫療機構之護理人員為受訪對象；發出問卷數600份，有效問卷378份，有效回收率63%，並採用SPSS 18 for Windows進行統計分析。資料分析結果，護理人員參與音樂治療之態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與行為意圖，會因部分人口統計變項而有差異；護理人員參與音樂治療的態度對行為意圖具有正向的影響；護理人員參與音樂治療的知覺行為控制對行為意圖有正向之影響；護理人員參與音樂治療的主觀規範對行為意圖有正向的影響；合併護理人員參與音樂治療的態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制對行為意圖之解釋力較高。本研究證實護理人員參與音樂治療之行為意圖會受到態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制所影響。可有效提升護理人員參與音樂治療意願，本研究參考計畫行為理論架構，建議未來研究者可加入其他相關因素，探討各變相間的關係，使其模式更加完整。

Faced with social change, a slowly aging population and the prevalence of chronic disease, music therapy can be used to treat many diseases as well as palliative care. As a result, it has gradually received greater attention. When nursing staff are able to understand and apply music therapy, the treatment can be applied to help with body functions and activity impairment for patients. This study, based on behavioral theory, seeks to understand the behavioral intentions surrounding participation in music therapy training for nurses. This study used a self-administered questionnaire to collect information from nursing staff from medical institutions in the Pingtung area of Taiwan. A total 600 questionnaires were issued with 378 valid questionnaires returned to give an effective response rate of 63%. Statistical analysis were then carried out using SPSS 18 (Windows). The results showed that nurses' attitude, toward music therapy, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control and intention, showed variations across demographic variables. Nurses' attitude toward participation in music therapy had a positive effect on behavioral intentions. Nurses' perceived behavioral control toward participation in music therapy had a positive effect on behavioral intentions. In addition, nurses' subjective norms regarding music therapy had a positive effect on behavioral intentions. When I combined nurses' attitude for music therapy, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, the overall explanatory power on behavioral intentions was greater. The study demonstrated that the behavior and intentions of nurses regarding participation in music therapy were influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. In order to increase the willingness of nurses to participate in music therapy, the study refers to theory of planned behavior and suggests other factors that could be added for future research to analyze the relationships between different variables and produce a more comprehensive model.
