羽球選手心理技能之探討—以國內甲、乙組為例

摘要


本研究以國內甲、乙組286位羽球選手進行心理技能研究,目的在於:1.瞭解國內甲、乙組羽球選手心理技能現況。2.比較不同技術水準羽球選手心理技能之差異。研究工具為「運動員心理技能量表」,依不同技術水準將選手分為甲組及乙組。回收的樣本資料經由t考驗統計方法分析後,總結出下列結論:一、國內甲、乙組羽球選手心理技能得分的高低,依次為「可教導性」、「動機」、「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「專注」、「自信心」。二、羽球甲、乙組選手在「心理技能量表」各分量的得分差異情形均達顯著,甲組選手的得分均顯著高於乙組選手。甲組選手在心理技能得分的高低,依次為「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「可教導性」、「動機」、「專注」、「自信心」;乙組選手則依次為「可教導性」、「動機」、「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「專注」、「自信心」。

The purposes of this study were to understand the psychological skills of badminton players' in Taiwan, andto compare the differences between two badminton level players in psychological skills. The study adopted ”Athletic Psychological Skills Inventory (APSI)” as the research tool and 286 badminton players in Taiwan asthe subjects of the study, who were divided into Group A ( the official Class A level in Taiwan ) and Group B(players with skill levels inferior to Group A ). An independent t-test was used to test the selected variables at .05significant levels. The results were as follow: On all the subscales of APSI, badminton players in Taiwan got the best weighing on ”motivation”, ”pressure handling and adversity accommodation” the second, ”teachability” thethird, ”confidence” the fourth, and ”concentration” the fifth. Group A players scored much higher than Group Bplayers on all the five subscales. According to the scores players got, in Group A, the sequence of the subscaleswas ”pressure handling and adversity accommodation”, ”teachability” ”motivation”, ”concentration”, and ”confidence.” In Group B, the sequence was ”teachability”, ”motivation”, ”pressure handling and adversityaccommodation”, ”concentration”, and ”confidence.”
