The purpose of this research is to discuss the designing of the senior' functional fitness activity, the object is from a home service center in Kaohsiung City. Due to the lifestyle of seniors that usually sit in long period, it derives out issues such as: 1. Muscle and joint degeneration; 2. Lack of energy; 3. and social dysfunction. Therefore uses the quasi-experimental method, concentration on seniors' body condition to design the functional fitness activity-strength training, and then analyze the fitness test results before and after training, progress is found in the upper limb muscle endurance but other functions are not progress; then some suitable exercises advices can be given to those seniors in order to improve their life quality.
