摘要


以在地商家初期建立品牌形象與口碑的過程作為主要延伸,對於商家而言,初期吸引消費大眾的行銷工具中,以「正面評價」具有的影響力,從商品到商店,皆是以強烈的推薦、認同感、正面的評價來推動消費者產生購買慾望。然而我們團隊想研究的,則以「正面評價」的效果來做探討,以評論的效果中,從初期、中期、後期,會帶來的影響效力,研究行銷工具中的「正面評價」需要何種方法與時程,才能達到使消費者產生黏著度與信任度之影響。

Take the process of building brand image and reputation for local stores in initial stage as the main example to extend our topic, the most influential marketing tool to attract the public in its initial stage is "positive reviews". Both for the products and stores, highly recommendation, sense of identity and positive reviews will always trigger new consumers' purchase desire. As a result, our team would like to discuss the effect of "positive reviews". We will analyze the influence of the reviews in initial stage, Intermediate stage, and later stage respectively. We will also study the "positive reviews" in marketing tool to figure out what and when positive reviews will cause customer stickiness and confidence.
