摘要

因臺灣離島醫療量能較本島不足，或傷患需要緊急的醫療處置時，空中傷患後送扮演舉足輕重的角色。鑒於我國空中救護的需求增加，且空中救護與地面照護截然不同，透過精進航空救護專業訓練，以培訓更多專業人員加入空中救護之行列。本文將針對各國航空救護專業訓練進行探討，期能藉由各國訓練規劃之經驗，提供我國未來航空救護訓練之參考，以提升航空救護之水平。

Because of the insufficient medical capacity in affiliated outlying islands, aeromedical evacuation play an important role in Taiwan's prehospital care. Given the increase demand of air ambulance, and the uniqueness of aeromedical evacuation compared with ground medical care, we need to train more advanced level aeromedical professionals to complete the task . This article will discuss the training of aeromedical evacuation professionals in various countries, both in military as well as in civilian sectors. The purpose is to provide input for the improvement of aeromedical evacuation training, and eventually raise the level of aeromedical evacuation in Taiwan.
