本研究旨在探討博物館展示與家庭觀衆之行為關係。主要參酌觀衆評量的架構並考量國人的參觀特性等進行觀衆研究,探討家庭觀衆在展示區域內的行為活動。研究中以結構式追蹤調查方式進行觀察記錄,以國立自然科學博物館科學中心為研究的主體,在週休二日期間針對家庭觀衆在展示區域內的一切行為予於觀察,包括駐足參觀與操作或參觀時間的計測等。透過本研究希望能為博物館提供策展與展示規劃時之參考。 本研究結果發現如下:1.駐足與否和入口的位置有關,越靠近入口的展示單元其吸引力越高;2.操作參與型展示較按鍵啓動型展示及靜態型展示史容易引起家庭觀衆駐足;3.易操縱、與觀衆互動性佳的展示較易吸引家庭觀衆駐足;4.展示型態的不同與家庭觀衆參觀展示的持續力有關;5.家庭觀衆並非花費所有參觀的時間在展示上;6.家長觀衆參觀或操作展示的持續時間明顯較兒童觀衆為局。
This study aims to explore the interrelation of the interactive display and family-visitors behavior when they visit museum exhibition. Refer ring to the structure of visitors' evaluation and considering the visiting characteristics of our people, this study investigates the behavior inter action of family-group visitors in the research field. The study attempts to research all the family-group visitors' behavior including the tracking and timing measure occurred in National Museum of Natural Science via non-participating observance on holiday. Hopefully, the result of study can be contributed to the museum for reference when they plan the new interactive exhibition. The study finds the following:(1) The attraction for family-group visitors are related to the entrance the entrance. The most attracted display unit is always near the entrance of exhibition. (2) Comparing with the ”Knobbing display:” and ”static display”, the ”operational involvement display” is more attractive to family-group visitors. (3) It is more welcomed by the family-group visitors when the display is easy to operate and demonstrate good interaction. (4) The different types of displays influence the holding power of family-group visitors. (5) The family-group visitors will not spend all the time in handling of visiting displays. (6) Comparing with the children, the parent-visitors operate and demonstrate the displays showing more holding power than their children.
