摘要

在國家關鍵基礎設施維護的計畫中，供水安全是主要的項目之一。臺灣地區因為自然環境因素限制，使得水、旱災情不斷，水資源的管理及其相關設施的防護日益重要。在現有國家關鍵基礎設施安全防護中，對於水資源防護的權責可以區分為水資源管理機關，以經濟部水利署與農委會水保局為主；供水基礎設施之管理機構則為臺灣自來水公司及水庫、水壩之管理權責單位。但受到各項天然及人為因素的影響，我國供水安全仍須面對既有的安全威脅。

The water supply security is one of sectors in the critical infrastructure protection plan. It's getting more and more important that water protection in Taiwan, for the extreme climate and environment factors leading natural disaster frequently. When speaking of water resources protection in Taiwan, the authorities are Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, Taiwan Water Corporation, and the bureau of reservoirs or dams. Because of the natural and human reasons, Taiwan's water supply still faces the threats and risk that already existed.
