全民國防教育對全民國防認知之影響-以臺南市高中生為例

The Influence of National Defense Education on of the Perception National Defense-Example of Senior High School Students in Tainan

摘要


本研究旨在探究「全民國防教育」對全民國防認知之影響。由作者參考教育部全民國防教育必修課程綱要,自編「全民國防教育」及「全民國防認知」量表為研究工具,對臺南市高中學生於全民國防教育課程施教後,以調查研究法進行施測及統計分析。本研究以臺南市高中學生為研究對象,共發放問卷1,200份,回收問卷1,017份,有效回收率為85%。問卷回收後分別以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等進行資料處理與分析。研究發現,臺南市不同背景變項之高中生在「全民國防教育」的學習現況有顯著差異存在,僅部分成立;不同背景變項之高中生「全民國防認知」有顯著差異存在,僅部分成立;高中生「全民國防教育」與「全民國防認知」有顯著相關,呈現正相關。研究分析,發現學生在我國兵役制度改革與精簡國防武力相關議題方面,認知均較其他題項為低,故授課教官應充分運用網路資源,適切熟知國防政策報告書,結合課程進度於課堂配合施教,培養學生建立宏觀國家安全意識;另普通高中學生在全民國防認知方面較職業類科學生為高,職業類科學生較活潑好動,故授課模式應依學生特性設計,輔以多元活動與網路資源帶入全民國防教育課程,以提升職業類科學生學習成效。

The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of national defense education on high school students' national defense perception. Based on the ministry of education's national defense mandatory courses syllabus, the author designed the scales of "national defense education" and "national defense perception" as a research tool, then used survey research method to investigate and conduct statistical analysis on Tainan city's high school students after they have received national defense education classes. The objects of the research are high school students and their parents in Tainan city. Of the 1,200 questionnaires, a total of 1,017 usable responses were completed and returned for a response rate of 85%. The investigation is analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-Test, oneway analysis of variance and Pearson product-moment correlation. The result showed that it partially substantiated between variables with different background and learning status of national defense education, and between variables with different learning status of national defense perception. However, there was a significant positive relationship between "national defense education" and "national defense consciousness" of high school students. The study shows that there was lower level of perception in the issues about reforming military service system and streamlining of the armed force. Therefore, instructors should make full use of internet teaching to know defense policy report, combin the course progress in the classroom to cultivate students' awareness of macro national security. Furthermore, ordinary high school students in cognitive aspects of national defense had higher level of perception than vocational school students. Therefore, teaching mode should be designed according to characteristics of students, with diversified activities and network resources into the national defense education programs to enhance the learning effectiveness.
