俄烏戰爭對我國家安全認知影響之數位媒體文本分析

由於中共從未放棄武力侵犯臺灣，俄烏戰爭讓國人深刻瞭解戰爭的威脅從未遠離，而烏克蘭此段期間奮勇抵禦俄羅斯侵略的堅強意志，提供我國許多可借鑑學習之處。為了探究我國民眾是否因俄烏戰爭的爆發而對國家安全的認知與態度有所改變；而政治菁英是否會順從民意或輿論對於國防改革的呼聲，將相關意見納入政策議程，最終以合法化的方式形成相關政策的制定或變革。因此本研究試圖以複合式的研究架構，透過「Google trend」、「蛛思大數據分析軟體」、「庫博中文語料庫分析系統（CORPRO）」等分析工具，擷取2022年2月1日至2023年1月1日俄烏戰爭期間數位媒體165,193則新聞進行逐次分析。研究發現俄烏戰爭相關新聞內容在描述俄羅斯侵略行動或軍事舉措後，亦有一定比例會提及臺灣，代表此次國際衝突與臺灣議題連結度極高，使國人對於中華民國在國際的處境與國家安全有更深刻的認知，進而對「延長兵役役期」、「美國對臺軍售」、「臺灣國防實力」、「全民國防」等議題有更多的討論。

In order to identify whether the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war has changed the public's perception and attitude toward national security, eventually leading to the formulation of relevant policies or changes in a legalized manner. This study attempted to analyze 165,193 news items from February 1, 2022, to January 1, 2023, during the Russian-Ukrainian War, using a complex research framework and multiple methods, such as "Google trend," "CHOOSE Big Data Analysis Software," and "Kubo Chinese Corpus Analysis System (CORPRO)." The study found that a certain percentage of news reports related to the Russian-Ukrainian war also mentioned Taiwan after describing Russian aggression or military actions. This phenomenon represents a high degree of connection between the international conflict and Taiwan issues, which has led to a deeper understanding of the R.O.C.'s global situation and national security, and more discussions on topics such as "extension of military service," "U.S. arms sales to Taiwan," "Taiwan's national defense strength," and "all-out defense."
