含SPF提升劑之防曬霜的研製

摘要

在使用有機、無機防曬成分的霜體中，加入SPF提升劑可增加防曬霜的安全性及有效性。本研究使用Polyacrylate-15 & Polyacrylate-17作為添加劑，並使用Transpore膠帶來進行體外SPF的測試，結果發現聚壓克力樹脂與防曬劑搭配全使用，可以提升對紫外線保護作用。結果顯示出在防曬劑的配方中加入3%SPF提升劑，可增加50%紫外線保護效果。因此，加入SPF提升劑，除了可以增加防曬效果外，也可減少防曬劑的使用量，降低成本及減少皮膚過敏的機率。

Safe and effective sunscreen cream was prepared by using organic and inorganic UV filters and SPF booster, It was observed that Polyacrylate-15 & polyacrylate-17 act as SPF boosters themselves and show improved photoprotection level in a synergistic way. This in vitro study based on the Transpore? test by Diffey showed that the amount of 3% SPF booster can be increased UV protection efficacy by up to 50% while maintaining the organic and inorganic UV filters. It is said to boost the efficacy of traditional organic UV absorbers in an SPF sunscreen cream enabling either higher SPF claims or a reduction in the amount of organic active ingredients used, reducing the potential for skin irritation and cutting costs.
