涉外監護事件之準據法與相關國際公約
The Choice of Law in International Custody and the Relevant International Conventions

From a comparative perspective, this paper focuses on the legal reasoning of the case WU of custody disputes. Departed from the common disciplines in international private law and the relevant regulations in Taiwan in comparison with other international conventions relating to the custody, it urges a better regulation and legal measures for the better protection of children's rights.
