摘要

臺北市立聯台醫院松德院區利用獨特的自然生態資源及「自然探索團體」復健方案為基礎，透過架設62種植物解說牌、舉辦院區生態之美攝影展、編著解說手冊、展示12張看板、培訓院內解說員、整修步道並進行解說活動等策略，進行初步的生態醫院營造。成果：在院內，引發17個科室正向回應，培訓10位種子教師，13%的同仁參加過解說，關鍵在於各種策略的設計皆與本院的人文歷史相連結。就病患方面，200人參與解說活動，臨床上觀察體驗性的解說策略可提升其觀察力、專注力、自我表達與人際互動，但仍需實證研究方能檢驗之；病患的滿意度較同仁、社區民眾低，可能與慢性精神病的特性有關。社區民眾有280人參加，歸功於院方在財政、人力及行政上的支持，與運用團體治療的理念於活動設計的影響。本專案成功的提昇醫院的形象與聲譽。

We established an eco-friendly hospital at the Songde Branch in Taipei, Taiwan by using its natural resources and special rehabilitation program called ”the wilderness adventure group”. Our strategies were to set up an exhibit for 62 kinds of plants, to hold natural beauty photography exhibitions, to compile the Discovery of the Songde Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan, to set up 12 billboards, to train interpreters, to rebuild guided trails, and to do interpretation programs. We inspired 17 divisions of the Songde Branch to respond positively to our suggestions. In addition, 10 interpreters were trained and 80 colleagues attended the interpretation program. The key point was that the designs of all of the strategies were related to the history of this hospital. A total of 200 patients participated in the interpretation and completed valid surveys of the programs. We found that the programs promoted the observational abilities, attention, self-expression, and social interactions of the patients. The satisfaction for the patients was lower then for the colleagues and community members, however, that was related to the psychiatric characteristics of the patients. There were 280 community members who joined this interpretation program. This program successfully promoted our hospitals image and reputation.
