復健科病人健康識能、健康意識與健康促進生活型態之相關性研究

The Correlation of Health Literacy, Health Awareness and Healthy Promoting Lifestyles in Rehabilitation Patients

摘要

目的：本研究基於預防重於治療的概念，探討北部某區域醫院復健科病人健康識能與健康促進生活型態之相關性。方法：於2019年4月至8月，以個案醫院的門診復健病人採立意取樣方式進行問卷調查，有效樣本共計120份。資料統計分析採描述性分析、one-way ANOVA、Pearson相關分析、及複迴歸分析探討健康識能、健康意識與健康促進生活型態之相關。結果：健康促進生活型態在年齡別，達顯著差異（p ＜0.05），經事後檢定發現年齡61歲以上高於31～40歲（p ＜0.05）。複迴歸分析結果顯示，影響健康促進生活型態的因素為年齡（p ＜0.05）、健康識能（p ＜0.05）及健康意識（p ＜0.001）。結論：復健科病人年齡介於31－40歲者對於健康促進生活型態呈現負相關，健康識能與健康意識都和健康促進生活型態呈現正相關，本研究結果提供復健科臨床照護者可將健康識能與健康意識概念納入全人照護中的重要參考指標。

Objective: Based on the concept that prevention is better than treatment, this study aimed to explore the correlation between health literacy and healthy lifestyles. Method: From April to August 2019, we conducted a questionnaire survey in patients of the outpatient rehabilitation department of the case hospital and 120 valid samples were obtained. After controlling for related demographic variables, we used multiple regression analysis to explore the relationship between health literacy, health awareness, and healthy lifestyles. Results: The healthy lifestyles differed statistically by age (p＜0.05). The ex-post examination revealed a significant higher score of healthy lifestyles in patients of age of 61 years and above than those between 31 and 40 years (p＜0.05). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the factors that affected healthy lifestyles were age (p＜0.05), health literacy (p＜0.05), and health awareness (p ＜0.001). Conclusion: Patients of the rehabilitation department in age range of 31 and 40 years have a negative correlation with healthy lifestyles. Both health literacy and health awareness are positively correlated with healthy lifestyles. The results of this study provide a reference for rehabilitation care takers for incorporating the concepts of health literacy and health awareness in the holistic care.
