本研究的目的在比較不同性別及依賴程度之大專團隊運動選手在運動合作態度及團隊凝聚力上的差異情形;以及比較男女不同依賴程度之大專團隊運動選手在運動合作態度及團隊凝聚力上的差異情形。本研究以10所大專院校學生365位(男222位,女143位)為研究對象。研究工具為團隊情境量表及運動合作態度量表。所收集的資料以獨立樣本t 考驗及單因子變異數分析進行資料處理。研究結果如下:一、不同性別在「積極/負責」、「群我互動」以及「社會凝聚力」上差異達顯著水準。二、不同依賴程度在「積極/負責」上差異達顯著水準,且中度依賴程度運動團隊高於高度依賴程度。三、男女不同依賴程度之大專運動團隊選手在「積極/負責」、「群我互動」、「工作凝聚力」及「社會凝聚力」分量表中差異均達顯著水準。最後,本研究根據上述的結果進行討論,並針對實際應用和未來研究方向提出一些具體的建議。
The purposes of this study were to compare the differences of group cohesion and cooperation attitude between the college players with different gender and degree of depend and to compare the differences of group cohesion and cooperation attitude between the college players with different gender and degree of depend. There were365 participants (222 male and 143 female) drawn from 10 universities and colleges.The research tools were Group Environment Questionnaire and Cooperation Attitude Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent) and one-way ANOVA. The findings were as the following: 1. there were differences between genders in active/ responsible, group interaction, and social cohesion; 2. there were differences between degree of depend in active/ responsible; 3. there were differences among gender and degree of depend in active/ responsible, group interaction, work cohesion, and social cohesion. Finally, the results were discussed, and the suggestions of practical application and future research were offered.
