社區健康營造中心知識管理與組織效能之關連性研究

The Relations between Knowledge Management and Organizational Effectiveness in Community Health Building Center

摘要


本研究旨在調查社區健康營造中心的知識管理能力與組織效能之現況,並探討知識管理對社區健康營造中心組織效能的影響。研究方法採橫斷式研究,以郵寄問卷方式針對全國社區健康營造中心進行調查,總計發出279份問卷,回收90份有效問卷,有效回收率達32.2%。資料回收復先以描述性統計、卡方檢定、項目分析、因素分析以及信度分析進行資料處理,再以逐步複迴歸模式探討知識管理能力對組織效能的影響。結果顯示知識管理的應用除了可提高社區健康營造中心的資源整合與志工培訓能力、以及健康促進策略的擬定與執行能力外,亦有助組織運作與永續經營能力,藉以提升組織整體效能。社區健康營造中心的知識管理能力與其組織效能具有正相關,因此將知識管理的觀念與具體做法導入社區健康營造工作著實有其必要性。

The study aimed to investigate a CHBC's (Community Health Building Center) ability to apply knowledge management, and the organization effectiveness of those centers. In addition, it looked into the influence of knowledge management on the organization effectiveness of CHBC. The investigation was conducted through the cross-sectional study. A total of 279 questionnaires were mailed to CHBC's in the country. Ninety valid questionnaires were collected, representing a 32.3% valid response rate. Valid questionnaires were processed through descriptive statistics, X^2-test, item analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. Next, Stepwise Multiple Regression was conducted to investigate the influence of knowledge management ability on organizational effectiveness. The results show that the application of knowledge management can enhance not only CHBC's ability to integrate resources and to train volunteers but also the ability to plan and execute health promotion strategies. In addition, it can strengthen CHBC's ability of organizational and perpetual operation so as to improve the total organizational effectiveness. The study proved that the relations between CHBC's knowledge management and organizational effectiveness are positive. Therefore, it was necessary to introduce the idea and related measures of knowledge management into health community building.
