Perioperative Nursing Experience of an Oral Cancer Patient with Reconstruction Surgery

摘要

本文描述一位口腔癌患者，接受游離皮瓣重建之手術全期護理經驗，筆者於2010年8月5日至9月2日護理期間藉由術前、術後訪視觀察、病歷查閱及實際照護方式來收集資料，運用Gordon十一項健康功能評估，確立個案的健康問題有焦慮、潛在危險性體溫過低與危險性損傷和身體心像改變。術前提供個案手術相關訊息以減輕焦慮增加自信心，使其勇敢面對手術；術中提供持續性防護措施確保個案手術安全無潛在性損傷；術後與個案、家屬共同討論並訂定照護措施，藉由病友團體力量及親情支持，重拾信心，提昇因應能力早日重返社會。分享此護理經驗提供護理人員照護此類病患之參考。

This article describes an oral cancer patient, to accept free flap reconstruction of preope- rative nursing experience, the author in care during the period of August 5 to September 2 2010. by the preoperative and postoper- ative visits talks to observe the way of medical inspection in the actual care of the collection of information. Based on the 11 aspects of Gordon's health function evaluation, to establish cases of major health problems, preopera- tive phase: anxiety, potential risk of hypothermia and injury, body image change.Preopera- ative cases of surgery related message. To reduce their anxiety and increase their confidence to make the case to brave surgery; surgical procedures to provide continuous protection measures to ensure that cases surgery is safe and without potential injury; postoperative cases, family members to discuss and set up a care plan, and by the success of patient group strength, and family support systems to be self- adjustment to regain confidence, enhance self-care ability, and reintegration as soon as possible. This experience provided nursing stuff a reference for caring similar patients in the future.
