台灣與美國學生實習制度認知比較之研究

A Comparison of Taiwan and American Students Perspectives of Internship

摘要


本研究的目的是探討美國與台灣的實習大學生對於實習制度的認知看法,使用問卷調查法搜集台灣的樣本數據,並透過比較分析進行比較台灣與美國的學生對於實習制度的角色,實習機構的角色,實習生的能力與選擇實習的考量因素認知之差異。使用描述性統計分析,結果發現台灣與美國的學生在實習制度的角色、實習生的能力與選擇實習的考量因素看法是有不同的,最後給予相關系所與業界一些研究建議。

The purpose of this study was to examine differences in the perceptions of internships between college students in American and Taiwan. Used the questionnaire survey to collect the data in Taiwan. The study explored how the students differed in their view regarding the role of the internship experience; the role of the internship agency, the intern's abilities; and factors in selecting an internship. Using descriptive statistical analysis, the results of the study revealed that different country students had different perceptions regarding the role of the internship experience; the intern's abilities; and factors in selecting an internship. This study examined these differences and implications for educator and practitioners in hospitality.
