As the concept of the quality of work life springs up, people realize their work purport more deeply. And because the concept of career development is noticed, the career planning is designed. Career planning is closely related to one's long life, and is an important affair both considered in time consurned and contents inherited. Professional players might be fall out of the professional sport industry due to the competitive environment, the best solution is to find out the career planning direction and understand the infection elements. The study tries to explore the career planning for the professional players. We hope the result of this study can be guidelines for professional players doing their life planning.
