職業棒球選手工作生活品質滿意度之研究

A Study on Satisfaction of Professional Baseball Players' Work Life Quality

摘要


目的:本研究旨在瞭解探討我國職業棒球(簡稱職棒)選手對於工作生活品質滿意度之現況,及其背景變項在工作生活品質之差異性。方法:以中華職業棒球大聯盟四個球團現役選手為研究對象,共計112人,採用問卷調查法。研究工具為自編「職棒選手工作生活品質滿意度量表」,所得資料採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗及獨立樣本單因子變異數及皮爾森相關分析。結果:一、職棒選手已婚者占多數,且大都具有大學以上學歷,25-35歲為最主要的年齡層,月薪資則以15萬下占近六成。二、職棒選手在工作生活品質滿意度偏低。各層面中以「訓練與學習」為最高構面,「同仁合作方式」為最低。三、職棒選手背景變項對工作生活品質滿意度間有差異存在。結論:本研究提供職業棒球球團、職業棒手選手及政府主管機關,針對未來工作生活品質改善的具體說明,及未來研究發展之建議。

Purpose: This study investigates the current situation quality of working life satisfaction in professional baseball players in the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) and focuses on the difference between the background variable's quality of working life satisfaction. Methods: The subjects were 112 players selected from the four professional baseball organizations of CPBL. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire. The subjects were administered the "Quality of Working Life Satisfaction Inventory." Descriptive statistics analyzed the collected data, independent t-test, independent one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Pearson product-moment correlation. Results: The findings were as follows: (1) Most professional baseball players are married, most of whom have a college degree or above. The most critical age group is between 25 and 35, and the monthly salary is less than 150,000, accounting for nearly 60%. (2) The perception of a professional baseball player on the quality of working life satisfaction reaches a low degree overall. Among these factors, "training and learning" the highest degree, and the final one is "the cooperation method of a teammate." (3) There were differences in the personal attribute of a professional baseball player on the factor the quality of working life satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on the results and findings of this study, this study provides professional baseball organization of CPBL, professional baseball players and government authorities with specific explanations for the improvement of the quality of working life satisfaction in the future, as well as suggestions for future research and development.
