國中體育組長工作生活品質與離職傾向關係之研究

A Study of the Correlation between the Quality of Working Life and Turnover Intention of Junior High School Athletic Directors

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中體育組長工作生活品質與離職傾向之現況與關係。本研究以台灣地區北部七縣市之國中體育組長為研究對象,共發出研究問卷258份,回收有效問卷166份,有效問卷回收率為64.34%,所得資料以SPSS統計軟體執行統計分析,獲得以下結論:一、國中體育組長對於整體工作生活品質的滿意度屬於中高程度。二、國中體育組長之整體離職傾向屬於中等程度。三、不同年資之體育組長對於工作生活品質之知覺有顯著差異。四、不同年資、婚姻狀況、學校規模之體育組長,對於離職傾向之知覺有顯著差異存在。五、體育組長對於工作生活品質「工作成長」構面之知覺,能夠有效預測其離職傾向。

The purposes of this study were to understand the current situation of quality of working life and turnover intention of junior high school athletic directors in seven cities and counties in northern Taiwan, and the relationships between them. The subjects included 258 athletic directors from junior high schools in seven cities and counties in northern Taiwan. Based on questionnaires from 166 athletic directors, the collected data were analyzed through SPSS software. According to the research results, the main conclusion of the study includes: 1. The perception level of athletic directors' quality of working life is rated above average. 2. The perception level of athletic directors' turnover intention is average. 3. There were significant differences in athletic directors' perception of quality of working life in terms of athletic directors' seniority. 4. There were significant differences in athletic directors' perception of quality of working life in terms of athletic directors' seniority, martial status and school size. 5. Some parts of the perception of quality of working life can significantly predict athletic directors' turnover intention.
