橄欖球選手體能恢復問題初探

The Brief Investigation about the Physical Energy of Rugby Players

摘要


橄欖球運動是激烈又能量消耗高的運動之一,因此,橄欖球員體能恢復問題至關重要,本文以文獻蒐集方式就合理營養對橄欖球員之作用、及膳食-營養物質的補充,透過科學與合理的補充,有助於增進橄欖球運動員的體能迅速恢復。另外,本文建議並指出提高運動能力的營養補充,以及補充時機的方法與措施。

The rugby game is one of the violent sports consuming considerable physical energy. Thus, it is critical problem about the physical energy recovery for rugby players. This research article is aimed to adopt the relevant scientific lectures and briefly investigate the function for reasonable nourishment affecting rugby players, dietary nutrient balance and body liquor fulfillment. The relevant researches have indicated that the critical factor for physical energy recovery of rugby players is exactly the nutrient fulfillment. Through scientific and reasonable nutrient fulfillment, it is helpful for rugby players to quickly recover their physical energy. Furthermore, within this article, we also propose the nutrient fulfillment available to improve sport capabilities, together with methodology and measures for fulfillment timing.
