當保險業跨足財富管理業務之後,使得金融服務業的競爭變得更加激烈。保險業要如何在這種情況之下,透過公司訂定目標以及管理階層的帶領,進一步使得保險業的從業人員能夠為公司創造更大的獲利和績效?此乃值得探討的課題。本研究以台南地區保險業從業人員為對象,透過問卷調查的方式收集資料方式以保險從業主管協助發放為主,郵寄方式為輔,以台南地區保險從業人員做全面性發放問卷,進行問卷資料的收集與調查。本研究採用SPSS統計軟體為統計分析工具,主要研究結果如下:1.台南地區保險從業人員在目標設定、領導風格對工作績效部分有顯著差異。2.台南地區保險從業人員在目標設定、領導風格與工作績效之間有顯著相關。3.目標設定、領導風格與工作績效層級迴歸分析都有顯著影響性。4.不同集群之目標設定、領導風格對工作績效等研究變項之間的差異性分析有顯著影響。
After insurance industry cross full wealth management service, causes the financial service industry the competition to change intensely. How does the insurance industry have under this kind of situation, the penetration company to subscribe decides the goal as well as the management social stratum leadership, further enables the insurance industry jobholders able to create bigger making a profit for the company with the achievements? This is a topic which this research most mainly wants to discuss.This research take the Tainan area insurance industry jobholders as the object, and collect data by questionnaires. The questionnaires which had been handed out to who practice as insurance industry jobholders via jobholder supervisors namely and regular mail, is defined as a form of data retrieval and analysis in this research.SPSS is implemented as a statistical analysis software in this research. The main implications can be seen:1. Characters of insurance industry jobholders partially dominate the influence of goal setting, leadership style and job performance.2. Studies in goal setting, leadership styles and job performance relate to one another.3. The results of hierarchy reversal analysis are influenced by factors of goal setting, leadership styles and job performance.4. Different groups of cognition in goal setting, leadership styles and job performance have significantly different results in cluster analysis.
