幼兒園運用繪本教學實施安全教育之行動研究

An Action Study of Children Safety Education on Picture Book Teaching

摘要


本研究依循行動研究實施五項核心步驟包括:診斷問題、選擇方案、資源整合、應用方案、評鑑方案,及反覆檢核與省思,選擇花蓮縣某幼兒園運用繪本教學為媒介實施幼兒安全教育。有二十八位年齡五至六足歲之幼兒自願參與;研究群包括幼兒教師及研究者,共同進行7次教學活動。研究群利用觀察記錄、教學者省思札記、研究者的省思記錄、幼兒圖畫作品、幼兒訪談錄音等資料蒐集與分析,主要結果如下:一、成功的幼兒安全教育奠基於幼兒參與、繪本教學理念、幼兒作品與分享體驗。二、教學者透過繪本教學的教學歷程,專業成長顯著。三、繪本教學有效提高幼兒對安全教育的學習興趣。四、行動研究可能遭遇的教學時間、班級經營及精進教學能力問題。

The study aims to explore the effects of picture books education on children's safety education through the processes and steps of action research. The research group consists of the teachers at a designated kindergarten in Hualien County and three researchers. Twenty-eight children ages 5 to 6 years old volunteered to participate in this program. It consists of five classes were held during a period of five weeks on children's safety education, with one warm-up activity before each class, and a concluding activity at its end. The researchers collected data by observing the children's behavior, interviewing children, evaluating children's paintings, discussing with teachers, and analyzing the reflective journals. The result are as follows:1. The program of children's safety education in picture book teaching could be based on the children's participation, children's paintings, and their sharing of experiences.2. The teachers' professional performances were noticeably improved through the planned teaching program.3. The picture book teaching program raised children's motivation to learn safety topics.4. The researchers confronted the difficulties of class time limitation, classroom management, and improvement in teaching ability.
