警察人員工作滿意度之研究-以澎湖縣政府警察局為例

A Study on the Job Satisfaction for the Police: Taking Penghu County Government Police Bureau as Example

摘要


本研究主要目的在進行澎湖縣政府警察局員警角色壓力與工作滿意度之研究。本研究採取分層抽樣,發出問卷400 份,回收問卷358 份,有效問卷358 份,回收率89.5%。回收資料透過SPSS 統計軟體,以敘述性統計、t 檢定、變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等方法進行統計,研究結果歸納如下:(1)「角色壓力」對「工作滿意度」有顯著負向影響。(2)「角色壓力」對「知覺組織支持」有顯著負向影響。(3)「知覺組織支持」對「工作滿意度」有顯著正向影響。(4)「知覺組織支持」對「角色壓力」對「工作滿意度」有顯著正向部分中介影響。(5)「情緒勞務負荷」對「角色壓力」對「工作滿意度」有顯著負向干擾影響。最後,根據上述研究結果,對未來研究方向提出具體建議供參考。

The mainly purpose of this study was to conduct a research about role stress and job satisfaction among the police officers of Penghu County Government Police Bureau. The study applied stratified sampling. 400 questionnaires were distributed to the police officers of Penghu County Government Police Bureau, with the return of 358 questionnaires, which includes 358 valid questionnaires (89.5%). The research was analyzed by SPSS, which includes descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Role stress significantly negatively influences job satisfaction. 2. Role stress significantly negatively influences perceived organizational support. 3. Perceived organizational support significantly positively influences job satisfaction. 4. Perceived organizational support positively, significantly and partially mediates the relationship between role stress and job satisfaction. 5. Emotion labor negatively and significantly moderates the relationship between role stress and job satisfaction. Based on the above findings, the study provides some recommendations for further studies.
