本研究之目的在建構並驗證大學生休閒態度、休閒動機、休閒阻礙、休閒滿意線性結構關係模式。本研究以台南地區大學校院日間部大學生為研究對象,採分層隨機取樣方式發放問卷,共計發出問卷1600份,收回有效問卷1264份,有效問卷回收率為79%。回收資料經以LISREL分析後顯示,假設模式未達到適配度評鑑標準,惟假設模式經修改後,其模式適配程度已達可接受之水準。此修正模式結果顯示如下: 1.休閒態度對休閒動機與休閒阻礙有直接顯著之影響。 2.休閒阻礙對休閒動機有直接顯著之影響。 3.休閒動機對休閒滿意有直接顯著之影響。 4.休閒態度與休閒阻礙則透過休閒動機間接影響休閒滿意。
Analysis of Liner Structural Relationship Model of Leisure Life of College Students The goal of this research was to construct and confirm the hypothetical liner structural relationship model of leisure attitude, leisure motivation, leisure constraints, and leisure satisfaction of college students. This research used day-division students of universities and colleges in Tainan as subjects and utilized stratified random sampling of survey. Sixteen hundred surveys were distributed, out of which 1264 effective surveys were returned for a 79% rate. Returned surveys were analyzed by using LISREL and showed that the hypothetical model did not meet the evaluation standard. However, the hypothetical model, after modification, could meet the evaluation standard. Results of the model showed as follows: 1. Leisure attitude had a direct and significant impact on leisure constraints and leisure motivation. 2. Leisure constraints had a direct and significant impact on leisure motivation. 3. Leisure motivation had a direct and significant impact on the leisure satisfaction. 4. Leisure attitude and leisure constraints indirectly influenced the leisure satisfaction through leisure motivation.
