大專籃球隊管理資訊系統開發類目需求研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討國內大專校院籃球隊教練對於籃球隊管理資訊系統開發之類目需求，以做爲未來開發管理資訊系統之重要參考依據。研究者以自編之「大專籃球運動代表隊管理資訊系統需求評估問卷」爲研究工具，邀請十五位國內大專籃球隊教練組成專家小組成員，進行共3次之德懷術問卷施測並邀請四位具資訊科技背景之專家召開1次焦點團體訪談。結果發現大專籃球管理資訊系統可分爲四個部份，分別爲行政管理系統、球隊訓練系統、選材管理系統及數據統計系統。共有32項功能爲首要開發之類目（行政管理類有10項，球隊訓練管理類有13項，選材管理類3項，數據統計管理類有6項）。本研究所探討大專籃球隊管理資訊系統類目需求，由上述所列之功能，有效掌握籃球隊重要指標，可供後續系統開發者之系統需求評估之依據。

The purpose of this study was to confirm the item needs of MIS development performed by the coaches of Taiwanese Collegiate Basketball Teams. The Delphi technique was used in this study. The researcher recruited coaches from 15 collegiate basketball teams as expert participants to take a Delphi technique questionnaire 3 times. In addition, 4 experts with backgrounds in the field of information were invited to participate in a focus group meeting. It was found that the management information system included four parts: administration management, team training, talent identification and data calculation. Moreover, 32 functions were the main development items including 10 items for administration management, 13 items for team training system, 3 items for talent identification, and 6 items for data calculated. They are available for the development of management information systems in the future.
