Fuzzy Multi-criteria Decision Making and Applying

摘要


本文旨在探討應用模糊統計方法,爲教科書選用建立有效的評選方法,首先使用模糊權重問卷,建立學校自己的教科書評鑑指標(因子)權重,同時藉由模糊眾數求得各評審委員的共識,以評選合適之教科書。經由實際評選發現,應用模糊評選教科書,比傳統評選教科書來得合理。在尋求適當的共識時,模糊統計較能適時反應出人們實際的想法。

This study applied the fuzzy statistics method to establish an effective evaluation method for selecting textbooks. Firstly, used the fuzzy weight questionnaire to establish the weight of evaluation indicators (factors) for selecting school own textbooks. Besides, obtained the fuzzy mode through the common consensus of appraises committee in order to evaluate the appropriate textbook. According to the empirical application, the approach which applied fuzzy statistics for selecting textbooks was more reasonable to traditional one. While looking for appropriate consensus, fuzzy statistics could reflect people's actual idea.
