員工自我效能、學習策略與數位學習成效關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship of Employee Self-Efficacy, Learning Strategy, and E-Learning Effectiveness

摘要


在網際網路的普及與節省教育訓練成本的考量下,愈來愈多的企業開始使用數位學習(e-learning)來進行員工的教育訓練,而隨著企業導入數位學習的增加,數位學習的成效亦愈形重要。本研究目的是探討員工自我效能、學習策略對數位學習成效的影響,以國內進行數位學習的企業員工為研究對象,透過問卷調查的方式,共發出350份問卷,回收278份有效問卷,實證分析結果顯示,自我效能與學習策略對數位學習成效皆有顯著影響,本研究並根據研究結果,對在數位學習過程中如何增進員工自我效能及有效運用學習策略,提出相關之建議。

More and more businesses use e-learning in employee training due to the popularity of internet and the consideration of cost reduction. With the growth of e-learning implementation in business, e-learning effectiveness becomes more crucial. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of employees' self-efficacy and learning strategies on e-learning effectiveness. The sample of this study was the employees from business organization in which e-learning was implemented. A total of 350 questionnaires were sent out, and 278 effectiveness ones were received. The empirical results showed that both self-efficacy and learning strategies had significant effect on e-learning effective. Suggestions regarding how to enhance employees' self-efficacy and effective use of learning strategies on e-learning were proposed based on the results.
