本研究旨在了解不同害羞程度與情緒智力對大學生生涯發展阻礙方面之影響,乃以「害羞量表」、「生涯發展阻礙因素量表」、「大學生情緒智力量表」作為研究工具,以高雄應用科技大學工、商學院學生為研究對象進行調查,計得321份有效樣本,經由分析結果,獲得以下研究結論並提出各項建議:一、高害羞程度的大學生所知覺到的生涯阻礙高於低害羞程度的大學生。二、高情緒智力的大學生所知覺到的生涯阻礙低於低情緒智力的大學生。三、高害羞程度的大學生的情緒智力低於低害羞程度的大學生。四、高害羞程度低情緒智力的大學生所知覺到的生涯阻礙大於擁有低害羞程度高情緒智力的大學生。依據研究結果,研究者提出在生涯輔導實務工作及未來進一步研究可以努力方向之建議。
The purpose of the study is to explore the effects of different levels of shyness and emotional intelligence on career barriers for college students.Three hundred and twenty-one students in KUAS completed the Shyness Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale and Career Barriers Inventory. Data obtaind were analyzed by descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The main findings were as follows: 1) There were significant differences in the scores of total-and sub-career barrier scale between high-shy and low-shy college students. 2) There were significant differences in the scores of total-and sub-career barrier scale between high-and low-emotional intelligence college students. 3) College students who were higher on shyness scale tended to possess lower emotional intelligence than low-shy college students. 4) High-shy college students with low emotional intelligence tended to perceive more career barriers than low-shy college students with high emotional intelligence.
