高雄地區大學生休閒參與以及生活滿意對幸福感關係之探討

摘要

本研究之目的在探討休閒參與以及生活滿意對幸福感的關係，並以高雄地區大學學生為研究對象，針對其個人背景資料、休閒參與、生活滿意以及幸福感進行問卷調查，共寄發出問卷1500份，回收有效問卷1309份，有效問卷回收率為87.3%，回收資料用以進行虛擬變項轉換、共線線性診斷、階層迴歸分析，結果顯示在四個迴歸模式中，以模式四包含十二個自變項，對幸福感有最佳之解釋4力，可以解釋幸福感56.9%之變異量。根據研究結果，本研究建議學校從為學生建立正確之休閒觀念開始做起，以培養學生從事正當休閒之風氣，並對學生提供生活學習以及輔導機制，以協助學生感受學習生活之樂趣，冀能提升其生活幸福快樂感受之程度。

The goal of this research is to explore the relationship of leisure participation and life satisfaction with wellness. The subjects of the research were the university students of the Kaohsiung area. Data on personal background, leisure participation, life satisfaction and wellness were collected with 1,500 survey instruments, of which 1,309 valid responses were received for an 87.3% response rate. The data was analyzed by transformation of dummy variables, collinearnality diagnosis and hierarchical multiple regression. The results showed that four multiple regressions with the forth equation containing twelve independent variables had the most significant impact on wellness, with explained variation of 56.9%. The results of this research suggest that schools should start with building the correct concepts regarding leisure in students, in order to nurture positive leisure behavior. Also, schools should provide life learning and counseling to help students develop interest in life learning, and enhance their level of happiness and wellness.
