摘要

齒瘤在青少年時期的患者身上常會造成恆齒阻生。乳齒列的狀況則較少被發現。恆齒阻生可考慮在移除齒瘤後追蹤觀察，等待恆齒自行萌發，或依靠矯正力量幫助恆牙萌出。阻生的乳齒多伴隨齒瘤一起移除，但需注意若未移除乾淨則可能導致齒瘤的復發。本次病例報告分別處理因齒瘤造成的乳齒阻生和恆齒阻生現象，並依據不同年齡和牙位進行不同治療方式。

In childhood and adolescence, odontoma usually cause teeth impaction. The prevalence of odontoma was higher in permanent dentition than in primary dentition. The treatment of odontoma caused permanent impacted teeth could be observation only or orthodontic intervention after totally tumor excision. If odontoma caused primary teeth impaction, teeth were usually extracted. It should be very careful if the tumor haven't been totally removed, the tumor might become recurrence. In our case reports, there are two different cases of odontoma combined primary tooth impaction and permanent tooth impaction.
