摘要

在這裡，我們先將釐清一些相關的概念，包括戰略、國家戰略、國防戰略、以及軍事戰略。接著，我們將嘗試著去定位戰略研究。再來，我們會追溯戰略研究的歷史發展。緊接著，我們會探究有關戰略的理論、以及途徑。當然，我們會提出由安全到和平的可能戰略選項。最後，我們將以台灣的生存戰略選擇作結論。

We shall start with the clarification of some basic concepts, such as strategy, national strategy, national strategy, and defense strategy. Efforts will be made to identity the status of Strategic Studies within the field of International Relations and to trace its development. We will then look into theories and approaches that may be appropriated. We will endeavor to examine various options toward peace. Finally, we will offer some policy choices for Taiwan's survival.
