關係能力觀點之組織間學習的研究

A Relational View on the Research of Inter-organizational Learning

摘要


知識經濟的時代,知識是組織掌握持續性競爭優勢的根源,然而如何獲取知識資源,一直是眾多企業所追求的重要課題。隨著環境的競爭激烈以及知識的流動特質,學習不僅是一個組織內的現象,同時也是一種組織間的現象。有效的組織間學習,包含了組織的學習能力以及組織的意願,而組織間的「關係」往往是組織願意分享知識的關鍵因素。透過關係的存在,讓組織間產生分享的意願,有助於組織知識的累積與移轉。本研究透過對三家進駐廠商以及二家育成中心的深度訪談,採用組織間關係能力的觀點,探究育成中心與進駐廠商之間學習互動的過程。最後,並針對組織間學習的研究課題,提出重要的關係意涵。

In a knowledge-based economy, knowledge is the motivation of remaining sustainable competitive advantage and its acquisition has become an everlasting pursuit for the business. Due to the highly competitive environment and the fluid property of knowledge, the organizational learning is demonstrated not only by intraorganizational learning but also by interorganizational learning. An effective interorganizational learning consists of interorganizational learning competence and interorganizational willingness. The relationship among networking organizations is the key factor in facilitating the willing to share knowledge, and promoting the dissemination and accumulation of knowledge. The research adapted relational view and focused on in-depth interviews with two Incubation Centers and three Small and Medium Enterprises, to explore the learning interactive processes on them. Finally, the important relational implications for future research directions are discussed.
