According toanalysis of relevant research literatures and interview with personnel of sheltered workshop, to discuss about the employment of students with disabilities in senior vocational high school and to understand the job content, skills and required competencies of sheltered employment. The results of this article were found as the followings: (1) The attitudes of students with disabilities affects their learning and working adaptation; (2) The opinions of families are also the key factor on the employment of students with disabilities; (3) The better working abilities they have, the higher wages they gain; (4) Besides job contents need to be highly structured, the procedures ought to be firm and provide effective cues. At the end of this article, there were some specific suggestions for the interested teachers and researchers.
