日本零售業於電子商務發展時代的人才培育發展之研究

Research on Talent Cultivation and Development of Japanese Retail Industry in the E-commerce Development Era

摘要


隨著AI人工智慧、行動機器人、雲端大數據等,發展出行動科技、平台經濟(platform economy)、自動化生產與消費、物聯網等發展,深度影響零售業的發展。尤其電子商務從以使用者為中心的EC2.0進化到線上線下(O2O, Online to Offline)虛實結合的EC3.0,透過行動裝置(如智慧型手機和平板電腦),搭配無線技術與5G的發展,即時互通的虛實整合與跨界應用成為重要的方向。日本零售業者售電子商務發展受到如何的衝擊,又如何因應EC衝擊,重塑培育零售業人才,將是本研究的重點。

With the development of AI (Artificial Intelligence), mobile robots, cloud big data etc., the development of mobile technology, platform economy, automated production and consumption, and the Internet of Things which have deeply affected of the retail industry. In particular, e-commerce has evolved from a user-centric EC2.0 to an online and offline (O2O, Online to Offline) combination of virtual and real EC3.0 through mobile devices (such as smartphones and tablets) with wireless technology and 5G Development. Therefore, the real-time intercommunication integration of virtual reality and cross-border applications has become an important direction. Hence, the impact of the development of Japanese retailer's e-commerce sales, and how to respond to the impact of EC and reshape the cultivation of retail talents will be the focus on this research.
