大陸新娘來臺規範之探討

自1949年國民政府遷臺後，兩岸雖處於政治、軍事對立之情勢，但從歷史情感與文化背景等角度，彼此間卻無存在明顯的差異，其後，我政府基於人道考量，開放臺灣民眾前往大陸探親，為原本隔閡的兩岸，提供了直接交流的開端；相對於中國大陸，自改革開放政策實行以來，隨著市場經濟的發展，社會的轉型以及各種資訊的流通，亦不斷加快，此均使得兩岸人民的接觸、互動日益頻繁，且由於我政府在法令上，並不禁止臺灣地區人民與大陸地區人民通婚，因此，大陸新娘來臺者，迄今已不在少數；不過，畢竟兩岸的體制、環境等發展歷程有所不同，加以兩岸關係的變化與影響，致使來臺大陸新娘在規範上，有著不同於其他外籍新娘之境遇，諸多問題亦隨之而生，承此，本文擬藉由文獻探討之途徑，期透過制度層面的研析，提出對本文主題之研究建議。

After the national government came to Taiwan 1949, although two sides were in the situation that politics and military set against, but in terms of historical emotion and culture background, have not had obvious differences, and our government considered because of humanity, allowed Taiwanese people went to the Mainland China to visit one's relatives can provide the beginning of interaction to original closed across-strait. Since the policies of reform and opening to the outside world are implemented in Mainland China, with the development of market economy, transition of the society and serious information constantly spread, this makes contact, interdynamic of the people across-strait frequent day by day, and because of the laws of our government do not forbid the people across-strait get married, so, there are more and more Mainland China brides come to Taiwan, however, political systems across-strait, social environment develop the background differently to some extent after all, change and influence of the cross-Strait relations, a great deal of questions are also raw with it, so, this study attempts to probe into the system aspect by literature analysis, and propose the research suggestion on the theme of this study.
