本研究主要是在探討自我監控策略對修習桌球課程生手與熟手在桌球正手擊球學習表現的影響性。以北部某科技大學體育課桌球選項168人為研究對象。使用工具為自我監控紀錄表。以混合設計2×2×3三因子變異數進行統計分析。結果發現:一、三因子方面:(一)無監控者,在前測階段時,熟手比生手有較佳的學習表現;(二)熟手學習者,在中、後測階段時,有監控均比無監控有較佳的學習表現。二、二因子方面:有監控比無監控在中測、後測階段上,均有較佳的學習表現。三、體育教師運用自我調整學習之「自我監控」的策略,能有效提升生手學習者在桌球運動的學習表現。最後,本研究也針對研究結果的應用及後續研究提出一些建議。
The purposes of this study was to explore the effects of the Proficient/Novice Learners of self-monitoring on table tennis learning performance. There were 168 students drawn from Takming University of Science and Technology as the subjects. All the participants were administered by self-monitoring recording list. The methodology used in this research is three-way mixed design of ANOVA 2×2×3 data analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. In the three-way factors, (1) at the posttest stage with novice learners, the self-monitoring group had better learning performance than that of none self-monitoring. (2) at the moderate-test and post-test stage with proficient learners, the self-monitoring group had better learning performance than that of none self-monitoring. 2. In the two-way factors, at the moderate-test and post-test stages, the self-monitoring group had better learning performance than that of none self-monitoring group. 3. The application of self-monitoring of self-regulated learning strategy, it's efficacious to improve of novice learners of learning performance at study. Based on the results and findings of this study, some applications and further research suggestions were offered.
