大專運動員之因應策略對競技倦怠之影響

The Effects of Coping Strategies on Athletic Burnout in University With Athletes

摘要


目的:本研究目的為探討大專運動員因應策略對競技倦怠之間影響關係。方法:調查對象為全國大專運動員共324位,其包含男性192人(20.75歲,SD = 0.27)、女性132人(20.51歲,SD = 0.23),平均年齡為20.65歲(SD = 0.18)。本研究以AMOS線性迴歸分析檢驗大專運動員因應策略與競技倦怠的預測效果。結果:「問題導向」對競技倦怠具有負向預測力,而在情感導向、逃避導向對競技倦怠不具有顯著預測力。結論:建議未來運動員或教練在平時訓練時,在進行模擬壓力情境,指導運動員運用運動科學知識來檢視與改善訓練歷程,以提升競技技能。同時,以正面的想法看待壓力事件,得以熟悉使用問題導向的方式,解決比賽中可能遇到的壓力事件,使運動員能在比賽壓力情境中有好的發揮。

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between coping strategies and competitive burnout in university's athletes. Methods: The survey subjects were 324 national junior college athletes, including 192 males (M = 20.75 years old, SD = 0.27) and 132 females (M = 20.51 years old, SD = 0.23), with an mean age of 20.65 years old, SD = 0.18. In this study, AMOS linear regression analysis was used to test the predictive effect of college athletes' coping strategies and competitive burnout. Result: "Problem-focused" has a negative predictive power on competitive burnout, while "Emotion-focused" and "Avoid-focused" have no significant predictive power on competitive burnout. Conclusion: It is recommended that future athletes or coaches simulate stressful situations during normal training, and guide athletes to use sports science knowledge to inspect and improve the training process, so as to improve their competitive skills. At the same time, look at stressful events with positive thoughts, and be familiar with problem orientation to solve the stressful events that may be encountered in the game, so that athletes can perform well in the stressful situation of the game.
