從百家爭鳴到隱聚山林：辯證台灣「主權」獨立路線的分與合

隨著政權更迭，現階段有關台灣主體意識的理念成為執政下的噤聲，一時間相關台灣主體、本土論述邁入寒蟬效應，盛況不再，如同隱聚山林一般。其所凸顯的是民眾對現實政治的考量外，還加上各家路線的紛紜雜沓、莫衷一是，無法凝聚共識，使致弱化論述的力道。爰本文試圖藉由梳理「台灣為主體」論述的脈絡，在解釋與呈現各路線、流派間之話語力量同時，強調各家理論之間雖存有歧異但卻具有可通約性（commensurability）特質。文章透過相關台灣地位論述與法律地位問題的探討，其目的不在於各家言論的良窳分析，而在藉以重新思考並建構台灣主體的價值。

With the change of regime, the idea of consciousness on Taiwan under the ruling party's policy becomes such a taboo subject. Unlike the DDP government's promotion and contention, consciousness of Taiwan and discourse of localization/subjectivity have altered towards the decline of discussion at this stage. It shows that people have no choice to face political considerations and cannot to reach a consensus on the diverse discourses. Hence, this article re-examines an analysis of the prospects for the discourse of subjectivity on Taiwan. The article suggests that although each theory and each discourse makes a different argument about how it works to enhance Taiwan consciousness, they still have the same commensurability among them. Meantime, the purpose of the article is not judging the discourse but re-examining the value of Taiwan by exploring a discussion of the relevance of the status of Taiwan and its legal entity.
