科技產品創新使用擴散模式之研究-以行動電話為例

The Study on Technology Product Innovation Use Diffusion Model-Taking Mobile Phone as an Example

摘要


本研究以行動電話為例,將產品使用多樣性(少/多)與使用率(低/高)之間的關係,將使用者分為:密集使用者、專業使用者、非專業使用者及有限使用者等四種使用者類型構面,再透過影響行動電話使用之因素探討,確定使用擴散影響因素構面。最後,以行動電話對日常生活影響知覺、對行動電話科技之滿意度及對未來行動電話科技之興趣等三個變數為使用結果構面,來建構科技產品創新使用擴散模型。 本研究假設科技產品之使用率與使用多樣性兩變數並非相互獨立而是相互影響的內生變數,以二階段最小平方法(2SLS),建立一聯立方程式探討科技產品使用率與使用多樣性之關係,得到使用多樣性與使用率之間互有正面影響。使用者互動溝通、精密度、互補科技及個人創新特質均顯著影響使用多樣性;使用成本對使用率呈顯著負向影響。另外,以多項羅吉特模式(MNL)分析使用擴散影響因素對此四種使用者型態之影響程度,結果發現密集使用者與模型中的變數有高度相關,其次是專業使用者、非專業使用者。最後,以變異數分析方法檢定四種使用者型態對日常生活影響知覺、科技的滿意度及未來新科技之興趣等三個結果變數是否有差異,結果得到與三個使用擴散結果變數都有顯著差異,以密集使用者最高,有限使用者最低。

This research examined the relationship between the products usage variety (more/less) and the rate of usage (low/high), and classified the users into four types: intense users, specialized users, non-specialized users, and limited users. The three variables, perception of the influence of mobile telephone technology, satisfaction on mobile telephone technology, and expectation in future mobile telephone technology, formed the constructs. In other words, this research used the determinants of use-diffusion, user types, and usage result to form the constructs, in order to established the technology product innovation use-diffusion model. This research hypothesized that the usage rate of technology product and usage variety are not independent variables, but are interactive endogenous variable. It used 2SLS to establish the formula to discuss the relationship between usage rate and usage variety of the technology product. In addition, MNL was used to analyze the determinants of use-diffusion for the four user types. The results showed that intense users are more closely associated with the model variables, followed by specialized and non-specialized users. ANOVA was used to find the differences of the four types of users on the variables of technology effect perception, technology satisfaction, and expectation in future technology. The results showed that there is difference among the three use-diffusion variables, while that of intense users is the highest, and limited users is the lowest.
