摘要

產學合作的主要目的為引導學術界研發能量至產業界進行實務應用。如何將高等教育研發結果移轉至產業界進行商業化，做為產學合作之關鍵發展，為產業創新之重要課題。本研究目的為運用問卷調查法探討產學合作對於創新績效之關聯性，並且採用PLS軟體驗證本研究所提出的模式。研究結果為求提升產學合作的創新績效，將針對高教體系如何提升有限資源的研發效率提出策略發展的建議。

The purpose of such industry-university cooperation is to guide Scholarly research energy to proceeded practice applicability by industry. How to make use of result of industry-university cooperation with regard to technology licensing and commercialization have become more critical. This study used the questionnaires to explore the relation between industry-university cooperation and practice applicability on innovation performance; moreover, PLS was used to verify the models. The results suggestions in this study include how to promote the limited resource and strategy development in higher education.
