本研究目的為探討初學者對桌球正手攻與反手推兩個技術動作學習的方法,並編製桌球初學者的攻球落點測驗,由擊球落點的得分來評估技術的熟練程度,作為教學效果評估和規劃符合正手攻與反手推技術能力訓練方向的依據。本研究招募大專桌球體育課學生260名與校代表隊學生(一般組選手)15名為施測對象,試做正手攻與反手推各20球,並記錄及加總每位受試者擊球的落點得分。本研究以柏拉圖定律的概念為基礎,將及格分數訂定為60分。經由敘述性統計分析及獨立樣本t檢定,施測結果顯示:校代表隊在兩項技術測驗的得分成績皆顯著優於體育課學生,校代表隊兩項落點測驗的平均值都達到及格標準,落點分布主要集中於3分及4分,且失誤率較低,而體育課學生兩項落點測驗平均都未能達到及格標準,落點分布集中於2分及3分,且失誤率較高。依施測結果得到本研究之結論為:本研究編制的落點測驗對於正手攻與反手推技能之熟練度具有高低技能的鑑別度,可以作為評估一項桌球技術動作的測驗方法。而擊球落點測驗在桌球教學中的應用,可分為五個面向,分別是階段性技術學習的指標,徵選校代表隊的評估標準,培養動作錯誤偵查和修正的能力,桌球教學中安排訓練課程的參考,以及驗收教學成果。
The study aimed to present a general learning process for novice table tennis players, and propose a performance analysis method which is important in the learning process. 260 table novice tennis players and 15 collegiate division B players were involved in this study. The performance analysis consisted of two test items: forehand drive and backhand drive. Players were required to hit the ball on a particular spot diagonally for 20 rounds for each test. The score of each shot ranged from 0 to 4 and the total score was converted using a hundred-mark system. Using descriptive statistics and the independent samples t-test, the differences between the two groups were revealed. The collegiate division B group had a significantly better performance in both tests than the novice group. The results confirmed that the proposed performance analysis method had an acceptable degree of effectiveness in evaluating a player's ball placement accuracy. Finally, the method showed potential in being applied to (i) identifying a player's technical learning phase, (ii) selecting potential varsity team members, (iii) detecting and correcting errors in skills, (iv) designing individual training courses and (v) evaluating the effectiveness of teaching.
