針刀治療梨狀肌綜合徵的臨床研究

摘要

目的：觀察針刀治療梨狀肌綜合徵的臨床療效。方法：採用完全隨機抽樣法將觀察病例分為針刀組78例，針刺組40例。對兩組臨床療效及即時止痛效果進行評定。結果：針刀組治癒60例（76.9%），顯效10例（12.8%），好轉5例（6.4%），無效3例（3.9%），總有效率為96.1%；針刺組治癒20例（50.0%），顯效9例（22.5%），好轉6例（15.0%），無效5例（12.5%），總有效率為87.5%；針刀組臨床總療效優於針刺組，P＜0.05，針刀組即時止痛效果明顯優於針刺組，P＜0.01。結論：針刀治療梨狀肌綜合徵療效顯著，即時止痛效果優，臨床總療效優於針刺法。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of small needle-knife (acupotomy) in treating of piriformis syndrome. Methods: A completely random sampling method had been divided into observed 78 cases of acupotomy group and 40 patients of acupuncture group. The evaluation of clinical efficacy and analgesic effects were assessed immediately. Results: 60 cases were cured on acupotomy group (76.9%), 10 cases (12.8%) significant effect, 5 cases (6.4%) improved, and 3 cases (3.9%) invalid, the total effective rate was 96.1% ; acupuncture group, 20 cases were cured (50.0%),9 cases (22.5%) significant effect, 6 cases (15.0%) improved, and 5 cases (12.5%) ineffective , the total effective rate was 87.5%; the total group of clinical efficacy was acupotomy than acupuncture group, P＜ 0.05, acupotomy group is better than acupuncture group in immediate pain relief, P＜ 0.01, Conclusion: The significant effect of acupotomy therapy on piriformis syndrome, immediate superior analgesic effect, acupotomy is superior than acupuncture on overall clinical efficacy.
