從SWOTA分析鄉土教育課程發展之研究

Research on Indigenous Education Curriculum Development

摘要


隨著教育改革理念的驅動,鄉土課程漸漸受到重視,同時因應學校課程發展,對於鄉土教材需求日增,教師往往亦被鼓勵自編教材。本研究目的旨在以行動研究為研究取向,從SWOT+A=SWOTA 分析中進行自編教材課程發展之情境分析、願景構築、課程設計、課程實施、課程評鑑,探討教師鄉土自編教材課程發展行動方案,希冀發展適合學校特色與學生經驗的教材,作為鄉土補充教材之參考,同時鼓勵教師專業發展與創意,順應課程改革潮流,深耕學校課程發展的永續經營,結合行動研究取向,慎思熟慮擇選具體可行的方案,彰顯鄉土自編教材融合學校地域的特性。

Due to the progress of education revolution, indigenous curricula are gradually receiving more and more attention. Moreover, the demand for teaching materials for indigenous curricula is increasing. Teachers are often encouraged to design teaching materials. The researchers explore the sixth grade teaching materials in elementary school and conduct an action research on teachers involved in the process of indigenous education curriculum development. The main objective of this research is to study the action plans of teachers in order to designing teaching materials for indigenous education suitable to the characteristics of the school and the experience of students. It also encourages teachers to develop professionalism and creativity. This research is conducted through a combination of SWOT+A=SWOTA analysis and action research orientation in order to select realistic and feasible plans with deliberation.
