戲劇融入教學於護生實習之應用

Application of Drama in Education in Clinical Practicum for Nursing Students

摘要


戲劇融入教學是運用戲劇學習與教學的方法,以戲劇活動引導學生參與教學內容,是一種活潑且有學習意義的教學,參與者可將自身的感受、情緒釋放出來,也可以把自己的想法、認知表達出來,能提高學生的參與意願、興趣、注意力與動機,甚至可以提升溝通能力、學習整體效果及學習滿意度。「臨床選習」是護生所有實習中壓力最高的一種實習,攸關學生畢業後是否進入臨床工作,因此本文以一個「臨床選習」常見的情境,運用角色扮演的八大程序,包括計畫、暖身、解說與規範、討論、演練、評論、複演、結論,結果學生心態有正向的轉變,由默默承受、宣洩情緒、設身處地、反求諸己、跨越困境、自許成為天使學姐;從量性評值學生對於教學活動滿意度高達95%,可見戲劇融入教學,可做為促進學生臨床適應的教學策略。

The use of drama is a lively and effective way to guide students to participate in both teaching and learning activities. Participants can express their feelings, emotions, thoughts and ideas. A drama method will improve students' willingness to participate, their interest, attention span, motivation, communication skills, overall learning outcomes, and learning satisfaction. "Integrated Clinical Practicum" is the most stressful nursing internship that will impact students' future professional clinical performance, and uses common situations during the "Integrated Clinical Practicum" by applying eight procedures in role-play: planning, warm-up, presentation and establishing rules, discussion, playing, evaluation, replay, and conclusions. The teaching outcome of role play showed a positive change in student mentality. Students were able to move from bearing stress silently to venting their emotions, putting self in others' situations, self-reflection, handle difficult situations, and gain a sense of being an "angel preceptor" in their clinical work. Quantitative evaluation indicated that student satisfaction with teaching activities was as high as 95%. Therefore, the drama method in education is an effective teaching strategy to promote students' clinical adaptation.
